However, depending on your country and region, we provide express or standard shipping followed by the condition of COVID restrictions. Express takes 2-5 days and standard takes 14-20 days. Items ordered together will always ship together.

Yes, we do provide international shipping to most countries. However, due to COVID restriction, we may not be able to ship to certain areas and these regions will be notified during check out.

Yes, In-store pickup of items ordered online is available at our flagship store located in Hong Kong at G/F, 9A Sun Chun St, Tai Hang. Please make sure to give us a call in advance to check the stock as some items may not be available in the store right away. Our store everyday 10:30am to 8pm.
